About The Owner
Hi, I’m Stacy, founder of Island Wellness & Nutrition. I grew up locally and feel so grateful to be back home on the island serving this community.
I spent many years working as a holistic nutritionist in the Wimberley and San Marcos area before returning to Corpus Christi in 2015. Helping people feel better, regain their energy, and truly enjoy life again is what I’m most passionate about.
My focus areas include children’s wellness, stress and anxiety support, immune health, pharmaceutical nutrient depletion, natural skincare, detoxification, and overall nutrition. I believe the body is incredibly capable when given the right support, and I love helping people find what works best for them in a simple, natural way.
